Refund Policy

If something goes wrong with your order, I will make it right.

Downloads

This covers eBooks, audiobooks, read-alongs and printables. Because digital files can’t be returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. I will always make it right if:

• Your download didn’t arrive or won’t open. I’ll send you a working file, or refund you if I can’t fix it.
• You were charged twice or bought the wrong item by mistake. Tell me within 7 days and I’ll refund the duplicate or swap the item.
• The file is seriously different from its description. I’ll refund you.

Printed books

Paperbacks and hardcovers are sold and shipped by Amazon, so Amazon’s own returns policy applies. Please contact Amazon for returns.

How to ask

Message me on WhatsApp or email hello@zainabsunusi.site with your name, the item, and the email address you paid with. I reply within 2 days, and approved refunds go back through Selar to your original payment method.
